Login, donor profile, and CRM aligned services for campaign supporters

Scope: Collaborated on design and development on behalf of third party partners; authentication, private area UX, donor system integrations

Problem. Greenpeace Italia needed a trustworthy supporters area: secure access, donor profile management, and links to internal fundraising processes, without weakening privacy or security expectations for an international NGO.

Solution. Work covered authentication, a private area usable by non technical donors, accessibility, GDPR minded handling, and integrations with donor management / CRM systems. Role was team coordination and development through third party partners.

Result. https://sostenitori.greenpeace.it/ is the donors’ access point (login experience live). Supporters reach profile and related services in a secured environment aligned with NGO requirements.
