Revolent was launched as a new brand, built from two internal tech academies previously run under the Mason Frank and Nelson Frank recruitment divisions. As part of Tenth Revolution Group, the goal was to position Revolent as a global leader in certified cloud talent creation, supporting platforms like Salesforce, AWS, and ServiceNow. Rather than a simple rebrand, this was a strategic repositioning. The new identity needed to appeal to both enterprise clients and individuals switching into tech careers, balancing credibility with energy and purpose.
