The Challenge

Auras Residences is an 8-home seafront development in El Masnou, with delivery slated for 2027. The brief was to design and build a one-page site that could sell a property before it's even built — meaning the site itself had to carry the weight of conveying exclusivity, location, and craftsmanship that buyers couldn't yet walk through in person.
The site needed to handle a CMS-driven property listing (each home with its own specs and gallery), a functional contact/inquiry form, and motion design polished enough to compete with international luxury real estate references — without slowing down load times or feeling gimmicky.

The Approach

I designed and built the full experience in Webflow, treating motion as part of the storytelling rather than decoration:
Hero carousel with smooth fade/scale transitions across desktop and mobile imagery, immediately setting the tone of the property.
Sticky amenities section using GSAP ScrollTrigger — metrics and imagery shift color and reveal as the user scrolls, turning a static spec list into a guided sequence.
Directional hover interactions on key list items, with tile wipes, color shifts, and image scaling that reward exploration without adding friction.
Circular clip-path reveal on the location/map section, expanding from center to draw attention to the property's seafront positioning.
CMS-powered parallax carousel for each home's image gallery, with custom slide easing and touch/swipe support for mobile buyers browsing on the go.
Custom-styled forms (Choices.js dropdowns, custom checkboxes and submit states) to keep the inquiry flow visually consistent with the rest of the brand.
Curved page-transition wipe between the main site and the dedicated property page, reinforcing the feeling of moving deeper into the development rather than just clicking a link.
On the infrastructure side, I handled custom domain setup and DNS configuration through Cloudflare, so the client could launch on their own domain without technical hand-holding.

The Result

A fully custom, CMS-driven Webflow build that feels less like a template and more like a digital showroom — fast, mobile-friendly, and built to convert early interest into qualified leads before a single unit is finished. The motion design choices were deliberately restrained: every animation ties back to a real piece of information (a metric, a location, a unit), rather than movement for its own sake.
