The visual direction needed to communicate trust and credibility immediately. European companies hiring remote talent are naturally skeptical, so every design decision was intentional: a clean, professional aesthetic with strong typographic hierarchy, a structured layout that guides the visitor through the value proposition without friction, and a conversion-focused flow that leads naturally toward the contact CTA. I designed all pages in Figma before moving into development, including the homepage, services pages, talent and pricing sections, blog, and success stories.
