WiseUp Communications, an educational consulting platform, faced significant challenges with their previous website built on Wix. The outdated design lacked customization capabilities, had inconsistencies across pages, and failed to present a structured flow of information. These issues led to a high bounce rate and a lack of user trust, directly affecting lead generation and conversions. To address this, we proposed a complete redesign focused on establishing a professional, student-trustworthy online presence aligned with their renewed brand identity. Our goal was to create a balance between corporate credibility and a warm, approachable tone—while optimizing for clarity, usability, and conversion.
