Project Description:
SimplifyWork is an initiative by Neha Agrawal, founder of WiseUp Communications, aimed at revolutionizing corporate communication training in India. The goal of this project was to design and develop a compelling, trust-building website that communicates Neha’s success, expertise, and corporate collaboration history, while encouraging companies to invest in communication skill development for their employees.
Key Objectives Included:
Create a professional and conversion-focused website
Clearly highlight Neha’s credibility through her past venture (WiseUp)
Showcase services and skillsets offered under SimplifyWork
Build trust with B2B clients by featuring past collaborations and testimonials
Ensure responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-ready web experience

Figma (UI/UX Design & Wireframing)
WordPress + Elementor (Website Development)
Google Fonts & Font Awesome (Typography and Icons)
Adobe Photoshop & Imafigy (Image Optimization)
RankMath SEO plugin (SEO Setup)
Design Process:
1. Requirement & Technical Discussion:
Initial call with the client to understand the vision, brand positioning, and key content needs for B2B communication training.
2. Competitor Research & Moodboarding:
Analyzed similar websites in the corporate training space to identify tone, content structure, and visual hierarchy. Curated a visual moodboard for alignment.
3. Wireframing & Sketches:
Created low-fidelity wireframes to map out content blocks, call-to-actions, and layout hierarchy.
4. Review & Feedback Round 1:
Presented initial wireframes for approval and implemented structural changes based on feedback.
5. High-Fidelity Design:
Designed pixel-perfect UI layouts using Figma, focusing on readability, trust elements, and clarity.
6. Review & Feedback Round 2:
Final design feedback incorporated before development.
7. Website Development:
Built a fast, fully responsive website using WordPress and Elementor. Included interactive sections, testimonial slider, skill areas, and inquiry form.
