This project involves designing the web view interfaces for core authentication flows: Create Account, Confirm Account Creation, and Login. These are foundational screens that shape the first impression of the platform and play a key role in user acquisition and retention.

Users often abandon registration or login processes due to confusing layouts, lack of feedback, or lengthy forms. Poorly designed authentication flows can lead to frustration, lost conversions, and reduced trust in the platform.

The solution was to design a clean, intuitive, and responsive web view experience that guides users smoothly through account creation, confirmation, and login. Clear messaging, concise form fields, visible progress indicators, and error-handling feedback were implemented to enhance usability and reduce friction.

My role in this project include: - Researching user expectations around authentication flows, creating user journey maps, and designing wireframes and prototypes for each screen. - Accessibility, responsiveness, and clarity were key priorities. - I also looked into usability tests to refine the flows and ensure a seamless experience across devices and user types.
