OISHII began, as many beautiful things do, with a shared indulgence.
In a small apartment lined with vintage glassware and the scent of cocoa and citrus, two people — partners in life and in curiosity — spent their evenings baking together. What started as a weekend ritual of whisking and tasting soon became an obsession: how could something as simple as chocolate be reimagined as both pleasure and art?
Their kitchen experiments gave birth to OISHII — delicious in Japanese, chosen for its simple sincerity and quiet confidence.
But from the start, they knew OISHII would be different.
Not just another luxury chocolate, but a ritual — a moment of balance between elegance and energy, heritage and modernity. Every bar would be vegan, crafted with purpose, and inspired by the world’s finest natural ingredients.
