SafarSey — A Connected Brand and Travel Experience
Brand Identity · Website Design · Mobile App Design
SafarSey brings car rentals, pick & drop, and shared rides into one platform for local travel in Pakistan. We shaped its visual identity, website, and passenger and provider app experiences around a straightforward idea: people should understand their options before committing to a journey.
The work connects the first impression of the brand with the practical details of finding, booking, and managing a ride.
The Challenge
Someone booking a car for a family trip has different needs from someone looking for a daily commute or a shared seat. SafarSey needed to accommodate these journeys while keeping the experience easy to follow.
There were two sides to consider. Passengers needed clear information about routes, vehicles, providers, and bookings. Providers needed a manageable way to list vehicles, configure services, and respond to requests.
The brand had to bring both sides together and feel familiar to the people using it.
A Visual Identity Rooted in the Journey
The identity combines a location pin with a winding road, bringing the name and purpose into one recognizable mark. The line “Safar Behtar, Manzil Qareeb” gives that identity a local voice.
Vivid blue anchors the system, supported by deep navy, pale backgrounds, and soft gradients. Clean typography keeps product information readable, while expressive serif accents give the website and brand materials more personality.
Imagery brings the focus back to people and places: families travelling together, everyday drivers, familiar roads, and Pakistani landscapes. These choices carry across the app, website, social graphics, and outdoor applications.
A Website That Makes the Offer Clear
The website introduces the three core services early: full car rental, pick & drop, and carpooling. Visitors can understand what SafarSey offers, explore the differences, and see how to get started.
We organized the booking explanation into three steps: choose a service, add trip details, and connect with a provider to confirm.
Provider verification, ride information, and answers to common booking questions support that journey. Large travel imagery gives the page atmosphere, while consistent blue calls to action keep the next step easy to find.
The Passenger Experience
The passenger app begins with the essentials: where you are going, when you want to travel, and the service you need.
From there, the interface brings together available rides, provider details, vehicle information, pricing, and seat preferences. The design makes room for comparison before a passenger sends a booking request.
The experience continues beyond that request. Upcoming and past bookings, trip details, provider contact, support, and account settings all belong to the same flow. Pending and confirmed states help passengers understand where their booking stands.
The Provider Experience
For providers, the priorities shift to managing vehicles, rides, and incoming requests.
The home screen surfaces account status, activity, and quick actions. Vehicle management accommodates practical details such as vehicle type, air conditioning, and seat layout, while ride listings show the routes and services being offered.
Booking requests are organized by status, giving providers a clear way to distinguish pending work from confirmed and completed journeys. The interface shares the passenger app’s visual language, with a stronger emphasis on operational information.
One Brand Across Every Touchpoint
The final design brings SafarSey’s identity, website, and both app experiences into a consistent system.
Each part has a clear purpose: the website explains the service, the passenger app supports finding and managing a journey, and the provider app supports the work behind it. Together, they give SafarSey a recognizable presence from the first introduction to the details of an individual ride.
