OBJECTIVE :
Took scattered, disorganized project details and transformed it into a clean, automated, color-coded project tracker, designed to automatically visualize progress, track deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
WHAT I DID :
I transformed the messy sheet into a clean, automated, and color-coded project tracker by:
Centralizing the task layout for clarity
Using conditional formatting to flag high-priority and overdue tasks
Adding visual color cues to highlight what needs attention first
Automating status tracking with formulas and filters to cut down manual follow-ups
Creating bar and pie charts to visualize task progress and deadlines
Designing the tracker to scale as new projects and tasks are added
RESULTS :
Created a structured, visual system that makes it easy to see priorities, track progress, and prevent project delays. Instead of spending time sorting through clutter, they can instantly spot overdue tasks, make faster decisions, and keep projects on track , even as their workload grows.
This directly improved the business by:
Reducing delays in project launches, which means products and campaigns reach customers faster
Improving team accountability, since overdue or high-priority tasks are visible to everyone at a glance
Saving hours of manual follow-up, freeing time for the client to focus on growth activities rather than micromanagement
Scaling operations smoothly, allowing them to take on more projects without adding extra staff or resources
