Avant Tech: one clear website for companies hiring and people looking for work.
A multi-page WordPress website for Avant Tech, a staffing and IT services company headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia, with a presence in Nigeria. It serves two very different visitors at once: companies looking for staff, outsourcing or IT services in sectors like healthcare, banking and government, and job seekers looking for their next role. The site had to present a wide range of services clearly and give each visitor a direct way in.
WHAT WAS BUILT
Homepage with separate paths for companies ("Let's Talk") and job seekers ("Apply Now"), a services overview, the industries served and a client logo slider
Services hub grouping the offer into workforce solutions, managed services and application services
12 service pages, from staffing, statement of work and business process outsourcing to data center services, IT field services and custom application development
Industries page
Job Seeker page with the regions served, open positions and an application form with CV upload
Password-protected training area
Blog
Contact page with the company's enquiry form
Global header and footer, with a two-group Services menu, phone number and a switcher to the Nigerian site
Tech Review
I built the site in WordPress with the Divi theme and Visual Builder, so the team can edit every page visually.
Key build highlights:
Shared header and footer. Both are built once with the Divi Theme Builder and used on every page. The header carries the full Services menu, the phone number, a "Contact Us" button and a flag switcher to the company's Nigerian site.
Services as structured content. The 12 service pages are entries in a dedicated "services" post type, set up with Custom Post Type UI. Services are managed separately from ordinary pages, and each one sits at a clean /services/ address.
Two visitors, two paths. Companies are guided to "Let's Talk" and "Yes, Let's Connect", which lead to the contact page. Candidates go to "Apply Now" and the Job Seeker page, where a Contact Form 7 application form collects:
first and last name, email and phone
the job title they're interested in and their ZIP code
a CV upload and a message
Spam protection runs in the background, so recruiters get real applications.
Training built in. LearnPress powers a password-protected course area for training, linked from the main menu.
Consistent inner pages. Inner pages open with a full-width header over a parallax image. Service pages end with a call to talk about that specific need, for example "Ready to talk about your Staffing needs?"
Trust at a glance. A Logo Slider shows client logos on the homepage, next to the eight industries the company serves.
Stack: WordPress · Divi (Theme Builder, Visual Builder) · Custom Post Type UI · Contact Form 7 · LearnPress · Logo Slider · Rank Math SEO
"The result is a website that serves two very different visitors, companies and candidates, and gives each a clear way in."
