In my role as a UI designer backed by a fully fledged design team, I had input on the redesign of a the bank's public website to enhance the overall user experience. The primary objective was to create an intuitive and accessible interface suitable for a diverse customer base. The redesign focused on resolving issues like slow load times, outdated visuals, and cumbersome navigation that previously hindered user engagement. I also prioritised enhancing security features and ensuring compliance with the latest web standards to foster trust and reliability. The new design is optimised for seamless integration across digital platforms, particularly improving mobile usability. This project not only revitalised the bank's brand identity but also positioned it strongly in a competitive financial landscape, demonstrating a commitment to meeting and exceeding modern customer expectations for a swift, secure, and user-friendly online banking experience.
