💪 Challenge

The classic SEPA transfers (which represented more than 80% of the transfers at Qonto before the instant transfers) leave in groups, 3 times a day (business day). A bit like the lifts with the Post Office. But customers don't know that. They don't understand why their transfer still hasn't arrived and they want to know

🎯 Goal

For this project, we wanted to make sure that users have better visibility on their transfers. Impossible to be 100% transparent with them on the life of their transfer, for legal and technical reasons. The idea is to make sure that if the user has a question about his transfer, whether he knows or not the system of the 3 sendings, he can find the answer via the app, by himself

💎 Solution

Our idea was to put the information about the departure time of the transfer in different places in the app. Do a quantitative test on several users (90 or so on this test). And see which solutions work and which don't. The conclusion is the following: we do not disturb n user while he makes his transfer with the time. He is too focused on the information to put in. It is afterwards that we have to propose him the information, when the transfer is "recorded".
