The Problem Statement-

As a college student navigating through the application process, I find myself dropping out of the funnel due to the cumbersome and lengthy design steps. The current interface lacks visual appeal, making it unengaging and unattractive. Additionally, the interaction elements are not intuitive, leading to confusion and frustration. Moreover, the cognitive load imposed by the complex design forces me to overthink every action, ultimately discouraging me from proceeding further.

The User pain points-

  1. Lengthy and complex design steps causing dropouts.
  2. Unattractive and uninspiring interface.
  3. Lack of intuitive interaction elements.
  4. High cognitive load leading to frustration.
