RMT is a learning platform for employees with two main parts: the profile module, where the employees input or edit their details, and the resource management module, where job assignments and requests occur.

Our criteria for success is a strengthened project-based learning environment that both the trainer and employee evaluate as successful. The project's scope included the UX audit, UX design, user flow, UI redesign, and prototype.

METHODS
I worked closely with stakeholders during the project. I improved the final product's user experience by introducing a more user-friendly interface and gamified features. My redesign approach included the following:
Collect information about the tool.
Conduct a heuristic evaluation during my UX audit.
Prepare a list of questions for the stakeholders.
Brainstorm the findings.
Introduce initial lean UX solutions.
Design and prototype a new minimum viable product (MVP).
