Overview
Nobis 51 is a high-end French real estate company offering expertise in property sales, acquisitions, and premium housing strategy. The website was designed to reflect sophistication and clarity—positioning the brand as both exclusive and accessible to serious clients.
Project Goals
- Highlight Nobis 51’s prestige and professionalism in the real estate market
- Build a minimalist, architectural visual identity
- Ensure fast performance and mobile usability for real estate on-the-go
- Streamline service offerings and contact paths
- Create a sleek, structured user flow with strong trust indicators
My Approach
I opted for a refined grid layout, balancing elegance with strategic content hierarchy. The color palette remains soft and architectural—light beiges, whites, and grayscale. The site flows like a gallery: clean, image-led, and purposefully spaced. Every section drives authority and calm.
Key Features
- Fully responsive and fast-loading design
- Modular content blocks for services and property overview
- Contact integration with clear call-to-action
- Multi-section homepage with curated transitions
- SEO-friendly, clean markup for real estate discoverability
Tools & Technologies
Frontend: HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript (Vanilla)
CMS: Custom-built
Performance: Lazy loading, responsive images, semantic HTML
Design: In-browser design refinement, no static mockups
Optimization: Clean structure, performance audits, SEO metadata
Results
The new Nobis 51 website matches the brand’s tone: sleek, strategic, and quietly confident. Visitors can immediately sense the value and professionalism behind the services, leading to higher contact conversion and better digital authority in the luxury real estate market.
