Libatama, a Surabaya-based general contractor specializing in residential and commercial projects, faced a challenge with their website - it wasn't generating leads. Through usability testing, we discovered that their old website gave the impression of being an expensive, large-scale contractor primarily focused on commercial projects. To address this, I led a website redesign using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring it resonated with their target audience. The new site featured an interactive map showcasing their completed projects, which served as a compelling portfolio.
