TrueData needed a way to prioritize warm leads and spot key hires without manual digging.
Solution:
We created a Clay + Slack setup that:
Enriches 1,000+ target companies with traffic data
Filters for high-traffic, high-potential accounts
Runs relationship mapping to find warm intros
Auto-generates personalized Slack pings to account owners
Tracks new hires for key job titles and syncs them to Slack + CRM in real time

Contact Change Tracking
Challenge:
Long sales cycles meant deals stalled when main contacts left, often without the team realizing for months.
Solution:
We built a Clay workflow that:
Pulls all active deal contacts from HubSpot
Tracks for promotions and job changes in real time
Updates CRM and Slack instantly for promotions
Qualifies new companies when contacts move
Auto-creates new CRM accounts + contacts if a move is a fit
Impact:
