RelyHealth: Job Posting → Outreach in 3 Minutes
Challenge:
RelyHealth’s team spent 6+ hours per list researching healthcare facilities, matching contacts to job postings, and cleaning up location mismatches.
Solution:
We built a Clay workflow that:
Enriches facility lists with domain, LinkedIn, and location
Pulls live job openings for roles like patient advocate and case manager
Filters out irrelevant roles (nurses, assistants, etc.)
Uses AI to confirm contacts are near the job location, not just tied to a parent company
Enriches emails → syncs to HubSpot automatically
Impact:
6 hours of work reduced to 3 minutes
Always targeting the right execs, in the right locations
Fully automated — just drop in new names and run
