Föda is an app that wants to help restaurants have customers' trust by providing help, reducing customer anxiety, and improving their experience. Customers can take a look at the restaurant map, menu, and security protocols, in order to keep a safe environment in these complicated times.

As the product designer, my role was to create a design that gave the user a feeling of trust, improve the experience in the restaurant.

Our design challenge is to create an efficient app in which users feel that their safety is taken into account.

To tackle these challenges, I:

Research about the current situation in the market and challenges that the restaurants and the user face during COVID.

Interview people between the age of 20 to 50 to understand their necessities.

Ideate the MVP and the User Flows.

Build a Prototype, design a detailed prototype that later will be used to validate and tested with real users to ensure the functionality and ensure it met their needs.

To provide a better experience by reducing customer anxiety through the communication of COVID protocols and reservations.
