Contract for over a year assisting with recruiting for many open positions. Review of resumes, Zoom interviews, and completed a rubric for each screened candidate. Shared candidates suitable for moving along to the prospective manager with the manager and HR, set up manager interviews and communicated with candidates not selected to move forward.
