I was a contracted recruiter assisting with screening candidates and posting job openings. I was responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates for various positions within the company. I worked closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements and develop a recruitment strategy to attract the best talent. I was responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening resumes, conducting phone and virtual interviews, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
