2-4pm Set up Sound System
3-3:30pm Performers arrive and Warm-up, Photographer arrives
3:30-4pm Group Photos
4-4:30pm Sound Check and Donation Table set up
4:30-5pm Doors Open and Performers go to Green Room
5-6:30pm Performance
6:30-7pm Break Down the Sound System and Donation Table
7:30pm All Vendors and Guest leave the venue

Event Marketing

Social Media Plan:
Initial Instagram post 1 month before the event with an event countdown
Weekly content with behind-the-scenes and sneak-peaks to rehearsals tagging the event countdown
Email invitations sent out with RSVP Forms 2.5 weeks before the event
Week of event: 2 more posts on top of the weekly post and interactive stories to remind followers of the show
Day of event: Email reminder, and Instagram story featuring warm-ups, and donation table
