Objective: I created the content and creative for 2 email sequences to guide new subscribers through a journey of discovery and engagement with the brand, encouraging them to explore products and ultimately make a purchase.
Email 1: Warm welcome and introduction to the brand, setting the stage for personalised content.
Email 2: Engages subscribers by helping them find products tailored to their needs through a beauty quiz.

Email sequence 1

Subject: Welcome to Beauty Profile, [Subscriber Name]!
Notes:
The first email sets the tone of excitement and introduces the subscriber to what they can expect from Beauty Profile.
Measurement of Success:
Open Rates: Track the percentage of subscribers who open the email to gauge initial interest and the effectiveness of the welcome subject line.
Click-Through Rates (CTR): Monitor the CTR on the embedded links (such as the discount code and any product pages) to measure engagement and interest.
Conversions: Measure the number of subscribers using the discount code BEAUTY10 to make a purchase, indicating the email's success in driving initial sales.
Engagement: Analyse the time spent reading the email and interaction with links to understand engagement levels.
Subscription Retention: Track the number of subscribers who stay subscribed after the welcome email to gauge initial subscriber satisfaction.
By creating a welcoming and informative first touchpoint, this email aims to build a strong foundation for ongoing engagement and customer loyalty.

Email sequence 2

Subject: Find Your Perfect Match with Dermablend!
Notes: The primary objective of this email is to engage new subscribers by helping them discover products that are best suited to their individual beauty needs. This is achieved through a personalized beauty quiz that provides tailored product recommendations.
Measurement of Success:
Open Rates: Track the percentage of subscribers who open the email to gauge initial interest and effectiveness of the subject line.
Click-Through Rates (CTR): Monitor the CTR on the "Take the Beauty Quiz" button to measure engagement and interest in personalized product recommendations.
Quiz Completions: Track the number of subscribers who complete the beauty quiz to assess the effectiveness of the CTA.
Conversions: Measure the number of subscribers using the discount code to make a purchase, indicating the email's success in driving sales.
Product Page Visits: Analyze the traffic to the featured product pages to understand which products are generating the most interest.
By focusing on personalization and providing a clear call to action, this email aims to deepen the connection with subscribers, encourage product discovery, and drive initial purchases.
