PropertySide is an innovative platform designed to streamline real estate transactions by providing clients, brokers, and administrators with efficient tools for communication, property search, and management.

As the lead full-stack developer, I was responsible for the development of comprehensive mobile and web applications tailored to the needs of the real estate industry. This included designing and implementing features for the client mobile app, such as messaging, audio call, video call, and property search. For the chat functionality, I integrated GetStream.io to enhance real-time communication capabilities.

The broker web app development included building functionalities like messaging, audio call, and video call, as well as client and broker management within workspaces, teams, and groups. Additionally, I created an admin panel for user management, team/workspace management, and chat management to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

My work involved optimizing the overall performance and reliability of the applications, ensuring robust security measures, and providing seamless user experiences across different platforms. Throughout the project, I demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
