I engineered a compact rotary 4-chamber travel perfume atomizer that allows seamless switching between four distinct fragrance vials. Modeled in CAD, the internal mechanism incorporates a precision detent indexing system and a single central pump actuator. I applied strict DFM principles for multi-part plastic injection molding and aluminum sleeve extrusion, optimizing wall uniformity and internal seal fits.
