SMART GARAGE VIDEO KEYPAD CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT CAD 3D PRODUCT RENDERING SOLIDWORKS

I engineered an outdoor smart garage video keypad combining security functionality with weather-resistant industrial design. Modeled natively in SolidWorks, I integrated a wide-angle camera module, backlit keypads, and an internal battery housing into a slim, weather-sealed enclosure. I applied strict DFM principles for two-shot injection molding and gasket sealing to ensure IP65 protection. The project delivered fully dimensioned CAD models, internal mounting assemblies, and photorealistic 3D renders capturing matte textures and glowing LED keypads
