I engineered an emergency manual medical suction device designed for reliable field use without external power. Developing the mechanical geometry in CAD, I integrated a high-efficiency piston pump assembly, ergonomic hand-grip mechanism, and fluid collection canister. I applied strict DFM principles for high-volume plastic injection molding, optimizing uniform wall thicknesses, ribbing, and shut-off drafts.
