Tresol — Brand Flip: From Idea to Market-Ready Artisanal Brand

Tresol started with an Instagram post about lemon salt and a question: why hasn't anyone built a real brand around this?
I researched the market and found a clear gap: flavored salts exist, but with little variety and almost no positioning around tequila culture — despite Guadalajara being the heart of it. Monterrey has salts for grilling. Oaxaca has salts for mezcal. Nobody was owning the tequila occasion.
So I built Tresol from scratch as a brand flip
applying my full methodology to my own concept:
— Market & supplier research
— Brand naming and positioning
— Visual identity and packaging design
— Brand manual and workflow plan
— 5 initial flavors + future flavor roadmap
The brand is built, validated, and open for acquisition. This project exists to prove one thing: the methodology works even when the client is yourself.
