4 artisa Creative OPS — Brand Identity System

4 artisa Creative OPS is an operational system I built for interior designers and creative professionals — the people who run real businesses but spend too much time managing the work instead of doing it. The platform came first. Then I built the brand to match the people it serves.
This is the full brand identity system: logo, secondary mark, usage rules, color system, typography, voice, visual language, product architecture, and an implementation checklist. Not a mood board. Not a style tile. A working guide built to hold up across every surface the brand touches.

Logo & Secondary Mark

The primary wordmark and secondary mark, designed for flexibility across digital product UI, collateral, and environmental applications.

Usage Rules

Clear constraints on how the mark behaves — spacing, minimum sizes, what not to do. The kind of guardrails that keep a brand consistent when multiple hands are touching it.

Color System

A controlled palette built for dark-mode product environments and print collateral alike. Every color has a role.

Typography

Type selections chosen for legibility at UI scale and presence at display scale. Hierarchy that works in a dashboard and on a business card.

Voice

How the brand speaks. Restrained, direct, built for an audience that values craft over marketing language.

Visual Language

The photographic and textural direction that ties the brand together — atmosphere, composition, and material references that ground the digital product in something physical.

Product Architecture

How the brand system maps onto the actual product structure. Naming conventions, feature hierarchy, and how the identity flexes across different parts of the platform.

Implementation Checklist

A practical rollout framework — what gets built first, what comes next, and how to maintain consistency as the brand scales across new surfaces.
