Engineered and deployed a unified, full-stack operational command center for boutique creative studios. Built using a React frontend, FastAPI backend, and MongoDB, this dashboard centralizes live client tracking, active project pipelines, and pending/paid revenue metrics into a low-friction, dark-mode ecosystem. This system acts as a single source of truth, drastically reducing administrative overhead and replacing disjointed project tools with a high-fidelity business engine.

Artist-Built OPS for the Business Behind Art

Created by artists, for artists, and for the art.
4 Artisa Creative OPS is a specially designed operations system tailored for creative studios. It helps artists, designers, and boutique creative professionals organize the business behind their craft — clients, projects, leads, files, vendors, SOPs, resources, and AI-enhanced administrative workflows — so they can focus on the creative work.

What It Is

A private workspace for creative operations. It helps boutique studios manage the moving parts of client-based creative work.
The system includes:
Client CRM — profiles, contact details, project context, design preferences, budget notes, timelines, communication notes, and next steps
Project Operations — status tracking, tasks, milestones, design stages, timelines, materials, vendor details, budget notes, and internal priorities
Lead / Intake Management — new inquiries organized by source, project type, budget, status, and next action
Vendor & Resource Library — vendor contacts, material sources, pricing notes, sample references, product links, and studio resources
SOP / Operations Library — studio procedures, onboarding steps, templates, pricing guides, internal workflows, and repeatable processes
AI-Assisted Workflows — administrative support including client snapshots, lead summaries, follow-up drafts, design feedback summaries, and weekly operational notes

The Problem It Solves

Creative studios juggle more than the creative work. They manage leads, clients, projects, budgets, timelines, files, vendors, materials, follow-ups, feedback, SOPs, and admin tasks.
When those elements are scattered across emails, spreadsheets, notes, folders, project boards, and separate apps, clarity gets lost.
4 Artisa Creative OPS gives those moving parts a structured place to coexist.

Designed For

Independent interior designers
Boutique interior design studios
Design consultants
Creative studio owners
Interior design business coaches
Agencies supporting design professionals

AI Workflow Examples

The system includes AI-assisted workflows that support (not replace) the creative decision-maker:
Client Snapshot — summarizes client intake and project details
Lead Summary — reviews a potential inquiry and suggests next steps
Follow-Up Draft — creates a polished draft for client communication
Design Feedback Summary — turns client feedback into clear action points
Weekly / Monthly Studio Summary — overview of active clients, tasks, and priorities
AI handles the administrative layer. The artist, designer, and creative director stay in control.

Technology Stack

Frontend: React
Backend: FastAPI
Database: MongoDB
Authentication: JWT
AI Integration: Claude / AI workflow integration
UI Direction: Dark premium creative-operations interface
The codebase was reviewed line-by-line using ChatGPT, Grok, and Google Gemini to verify accuracy and ensure every function matched what was being offered to clients. Honesty in what the system does (and doesn't do) was a non-negotiable part of the build process.

Available Opportunities

Founding Studio Setup (The Partnership Model): A private, white-glove setup tailored for your studio. Full data migration, personalized configuration, ongoing direct support, real-time bug fixes, and AI workflows tuned to your brand voice.
Internal Studio License (The Operational Hub): A permanent license for established firms to use 4 Artisa as their internal source of truth. Includes comprehensive onboarding and priority support.
White-Label / Licensing (The Scalability Tier): For coaches, educators, and agencies interested in rebranding or licensing the technology. A strategic collaboration to adapt the system to your curriculum or service model.

Current Status

Functional MVP now available as a tiered service offering on Contra. The system has been personally tested and verified to work as described. It's currently awaiting validation from a working interior designer to confirm real-world studio fit before broader rollout.

Why It Matters

Creative people end up responsible for everything: the art, the business, the clients, the files, the follow-ups, the systems, the admin. This system was built from an artist's perspective — the business side of art needs structure, but that structure should never overshadow the work itself.
Keep the art at the forefront. Provide structure to operations.
