Event Architecture Brand Mark

A complete brand system for wedding and event planners, designed from scratch

Event Architecture is a luxury, dark-mode brand and business toolkit built for wedding planners and event designers who are starting or refining their studio.
The concept started with a single question: what would it look like if a planner's business foundation and their client-facing materials shared one cohesive visual identity from day one?
The result is a complete business-in-a-box that gives a new event planner everything they need to look established from their first client inquiry.

Part 1: Event Architecture Business Plan Workbook

A 12-section guided workbook that walks a wedding or event planner through defining their entire studio, page by page. This is not a completed business plan. Every page is a fill-in prompt with structured writing areas.
The sections cover:
Purpose Statement — Building a practice rooted in calm, curated, and unforgettable experiences
Business Overview — What kind of events you create, the emotional signature of your work, where your studio stands today
Mission, Vision & Values — Purpose, 3-5 year vision, and core values like Discretion, Elegance, Calm amidst chaos, Artistry
Target Audience — Ideal client profile, what they value most, what anxiety your service resolves
Offer Suite & Services — Full-service, partial planning, day-of coordination, specialty offerings
Pricing Strategy — Fee structure, starting investment, value communication
Marketing Plan — Portfolio strategy, preferred vendor network, social media and content
Operations & Workflow — Client onboarding, event planning timeline, vendor communication systems
Financial Goals & Projections — Target events per year, revenue goal, key expenses
Brand Identity Notes — Visual identity, client-facing materials, brand feeling from first inquiry to final invoice
Final Summary — "Every event you create is a small act of architecture — shaping space, time, and emotion into something people will carry with them."
A condensed worksheet version is also included with large writing areas for Operationalizing the Brand, Service Architecture, Brand Tone & Color Palette (with five empty swatch circles), Target Audience, Core Philosophy, and a Signature Event Vision Board space.

Part 2: The Millers Wedding Stationery Suite

A 5-piece wedding stationery suite that uses the exact same Event Architecture brand system. Designed as a showpiece for how the brand translates to print.
The suite is set up for a sample couple (Jonathan & Hannah Miller, July 26, 2027) with all names, dates, and venue details fully editable.
The five pieces:
