I worked on a project focused on enriching and verifying hotel industry decision-makers’ data. The task required identifying the right leads within hotels and ensuring their emails were valid and domain-matched, making the dataset reliable for outreach campaigns.
Goal:
The client wanted a clean, enriched contact list of hotel professionals such as Event Managers, General Managers, CMOs, CSOs/CROs, VP Marketing, and VP Sales to strengthen their sales pipeline and reduce wasted effort on unqualified leads.
Challenges:
Filtering and prioritizing specific roles (Event Manager, GM, Marketing, Sales, Security, Risk).
Ensuring emails were valid by test-sending and verification.
Making sure each email was hosted on a hotel or subsidiary domain (not free/public emails).
Cross-checking titles against client criteria to maintain high accuracy.
