Info: Flow Mortgage is a San Diego-based home finance broker. As a startup, they wanted to set themselves apart with engaging content and a friendly, professional brand voice.

Deliverables: I wrote informative and concise captions for Flow’s social media, including YouTube videos and ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

I also outlined and wrote several marketing email campaigns for both new and aged leads. The emails on the left are just some of the examples.

Calls-to-action varied, from getting leads to schedule a phone consultation to responding directly to emails. I also wrote emails calling for leads to click the link to Flow’s funnel, in which leads would enter their information to receive a free home quote.

Email responses and clicks increased by 30 percent.
