Info: Condor Living is a family-owned and operated business with extensive apartment communities in Minnesota and Florida. Condor’s communities provide house and pet-sitting services, on-site fitness centers and lounges, and convenient locations. Through their copy, they want to convey a cozy balance between first class amenities and great value.

Deliverables: I wrote gallery captions and virtual tour Mattertags for two of Condor’s communities (Eagle Ridge and Lexington Heights).

I also wrote various resident newsletters (see recycling letter), fliers (see pay rent online flier), responded to customer reviews, and did large amounts of content writing for the various communities.
