About the client

Glaido is a voice dictation and AI productivity tool for professionals who want to work faster. With one hotkey, users speak naturally and get clean, formatted text instantly, in any app. It supports 100+ languages, AI auto-formatting, local storage for privacy, and an Agent Mode for power users. Glaido was founded by Jack Roberts, with Dave Ebbelaar of Datalumina involved as a partner.

The challenge

Glaido was an early-stage startup entering a crowded productivity space. They needed a complete brand identity from scratch, one that said speed, intelligence and effortless flow, and stood apart from generic voice-tool aesthetics. It had to feel modern and premium enough for a tech-savvy audience, yet approachable for everyday users.

The solution

I built the brand from the ground up: logo design, a full brand guidelines document, and the DMG installer cover screen, the first thing users see when they download the app on Mac. The logo concept came from the idea of "gliding": effortless motion meeting intelligent action. Typography, color and iconography rules were set to scale across product, marketing and UI.
The Framer website was designed and built on the same system, with a clean, conversion-focused layout made to drive signups.

The result

Glaido launched with one brand across every touchpoint, from the first download to the marketing site. The system gives the team a solid base to build on as the product grows.
