Designed an AI chatbot/digital concierge for MGM Resorts and its properties.

MGM Resorts is a well-established brand in the casino and entertainment industry. It requires a chatbot to answer and resolve guests booked with MGM properties.

Parallel to it, I evangelized the design process within the organization and kept the engineering and product teams engaged and focused on the design solution.
