TimeSaved - End-to-End Staffing Platform

Context

As Head of Product on the founding team at TimeSaved, I hired the product, design, and engineering teams and built a SaaS staffing platform for healthcare, retail, and industrial staffing agencies, their workers and clients.

The platform helps staffing agencies hire faster, retain more workers, and fill more jobs. All by creating an experience that lets people find work the way they want, whether it's for three months at a hospital across the country or a single shift at a factory nearby.

Scope

As an end-to-end staffing platform, we built products for sourcing, employee onboarding, client acquisition and access, messaging, job boards, recruiting, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, analytics and feedback.

Results

$100-million agencies like CoreMedical Group have seen their headcount (and revenue) increase by 30% while their recruiters are saving 10-20 hours/week compared to their old manual workflows.

Thousands of nurses are using the platform to find work every month. Nurses are sharing the life-changing impact of being able to get work flexibly on an app, where and when they want, clock their time, get paid, all without having to call or email several agencies.

Clients at care facilities, warehouses, baseball stadiums, and many more worksites are able to directly book temporary workers from their staffing agencies online for the first time through our client recruiting, scheduling and timekeeping products.

The business surpassed the $1 million ARR (annual recurring revenue) milestone and is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.
