My own online store, built on WordPress and WooCommerce and live today. I designed it, wrote the custom code and maintain it myself.

Checkout with PayPal, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (Stripe), with EU terms and withdrawal consent built in
12 custom REST API endpoints that power the free tools, lead capture and the site chat
More than 50 small custom plugins in plain PHP: structured data, tracking, emails, security headers
Products organised into topic hubs without changing a single product URL
Security at the edge with Cloudflare, on a Docker VPS
