The problem
A WooCommerce store got product and order questions at all hours, and every one of them was answered by hand.
What I built
A customer-service chatbot trained on the store's own data: product pages, prices, shipping and returns pages. It is delivered as a WordPress plugin and runs on the store's own OpenAI or Claude API key, with no chatbot platform in the middle.
The result
Product and order questions answered 24/7, from live store data
No monthly platform fee: the store owns the plugin outright
