SimpliRisk is a SaaS platform for credit unions. It supports various workflows such as investigating fraudulent activity. We designed a brand new, real-time analytics dashboard to give clients visibility on their data without having to manually generate, sort, and filter complex spreadsheets.

We conducted workshopping with clients to identify and prioritize key statistics, and consulted with the development team to ensure the system could handle constant refreshes of data-heavy pages.

An Oregon state agency that provides healthcare benefits to its clients needed a brand new system to manage cases, financials, vendors, and more. The dashboard below represents a small part of a year-long effort in designing the complex system in which I led a team of 2 other designers.

The dashboard features productivity tools such as To Do Items and Pending Approvals that serve as jumping off points into key workflows. Filterable graphs and charts provide real-time visibility on client and financial data.
