About the Client

Lumina is a B2B SaaS platform that serves clients in the HR, marketing, and advertising industries. Their primary function is creating video job ads that accompany online job postings. Clients log into their online portal, paste the link to a job posting, and a Scripter on the backend enters the job information into a video template. The completed video is rendered and published to the client's portal. These templates can be used for any number of purposes.

Previously, the video production process was broken. It involved Scripters toggling back and forth between 5 separate browser tabs, constantly re-rendering videos due to high QA error rates, and manually completing tasks that should have been automated. There were no mere enhancements here - the only option was to rethink the entire production process from the ground up.
