Brand identity for a newsletter focused on real estate, housing policy, design, and more.

Dwelling Right founder, Anna Klenkar, came to us with a large following on TikTok and a professional email subscriber list, and wanted to create a SubStack to integrate her personal and professional offerings and expertise. Visually, Anna wanted to find the sweet spot between the visual language of professional real estate (neutral, versatile though often lacking personality) with her personal voice (lighthearted, inspired by her travels, irreverent and unexpected). The brand we created has neutral, functional bones inspired by Brutalist architecture, seen through an unexpected maroon, Barragan-inspired lens.
