Colibris Redesign V3

Project Context
As a freelance Product Designer for Colibris, my role is to ensure the successful redesign of their SaaS solution, which includes leading the UX/UI/CX teams and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. The project consists of various phases and deliverables, including 5 user, partner, and internal team interviews, 30 workshops, 2 deliverable presentations during the UX and UI phases, and 5 UI sprints.
During the initial kickoff phase, I worked with the teams to set project goals, timelines, budgets, and expectations. I then transitioned into overseeing the UX phase. I worked with the consultant Senior Product Designer to conduct research, gather insights, and develop a comprehensive user experience strategy that aligns with Colibris' business objectives. This included conducting user interviews, reviewing data analytics, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
Once the UX phase was complete, we transitioned into the UI phase, where I worked with the team to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface that aligned with the UX strategy we developed. This involved iterating on design concepts and developing a comprehensive style guide.
Throughout the project, I have been responsible for managing the teams, ensuring that they are on track, within budget, and meeting project milestones. I have also been responsible for communicating with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Business context
Colibris is a SaaS platform that aims to help companies better manage their resources by giving insights on contractual, financial, and usage data as well as the environmental impact of those resources.
The platform is module based. Each module displays metrics and graphs to give insights into a specific resource or a business concern.
UX/UI Objectives
- Gather the information and resources and express business expectations and needs
- Based on specs, define the required process to provide an appropriate solution.
- Break the process into work items with time estimation and plan with the dev team.
- Deliver a complete Figma file for both the dev team to implement the UI and the business to be able to showcase the app.
