Loopix, an easy-to-use e-commerce platform

Context
As marketing manager at Leasétic, I had the exciting opportunity to lead the creation of an e-commerce platform for the resale of refurbished equipment. The six-month project aimed to provide an innovative solution for reselling refurbished materials to our partner companies' employees.
The project began with an in-depth market study to determine potential customers' needs and competitors already present in the market. Then, we worked closely with the technical teams to design an intuitive and easy-to-use e-commerce platform that offered an optimal user experience for our customers.
We also implemented a targeted marketing strategy to promote the platform to our partner companies' employees, including email marketing campaigns, online advertising, and promotional events.
Finally, we ensured the effective implementation of logistics for order management, product shipping, and returns management. Throughout the project, I worked closely with the technical and logistics teams and external partners to ensure the project's success.
In conclusion, creating this e-commerce platform was a very rewarding experience for me as a marketing manager. I was able to use my skills in marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to create an innovative and useful solution for our customers and partners.
