Led product for an edtech startup. Designed interactive educational content experiences for young adults via customization of Wordpress plugins and substantial user research efforts including interviews, surveys, unmoderated usability testing, and focus groups. Collaborated heavily with a content strategist/writer and social media manager to enhance SEO and marketing with A/B testing and redesign of the site's architecture. Also collaborated with Partnerships Manager to design and automate a brand ambassador tracking portal, leveraging low-code tools like google sheets, google sites, Zapier, Mailchimp, Sparkloop, slack apps, and other webhooks.
