Right from the start, my main goal for this website was to identify ways to enhance the current low conversion rate.
A major area of concern was the website's checkout process, which had several issues that needed to be addressed in order to improve the user experience and increase conversions.
Communication with the dev team and PM is key!
In addition to the redesign, our focus was on creating a pixel-perfect experience that fostered a sense of trust and credibility with our customers.
It was imperative that the user experience was seamless, allowing users to effortlessly navigate the website and complete tasks without any hindrances.
