Kajabi Platform Redesign for Playful Loving

When Viktoria approached me, she had a clear vision for her business, Playful Loving, but Kajabi wasn’t cooperating. The platform felt overwhelming, the design didn’t reflect the depth of her work, and the technical setup was blocking her ability to launch confidently. She needed more than someone who could “set things up.” She needed someone who could interpret her brand, organize her content, and turn her ideas into a polished, high-converting Kajabi presence.

Viktoria’s biggest roadblock wasn’t a lack of content — it was structure. Her offers, pages, and brand assets were scattered across multiple drafts, and the Kajabi backend had become confusing to navigate. I started by stripping everything back to the essentials. Before touching the design, I created a clean, intuitive Kajabi architecture that made sense for how she delivers her services. Once the structure was in place, I redesigned her website from the ground up — typography, colour palette, page layouts, hero imagery, custom illustrations, and overall user journey.

Every design decision was intentional. The brand needed to feel elegant, grounded, and energetically calm — a reflection of her coaching work. I created four custom hero illustrations, unified the visual style across the entire website, and ensured all design elements were optimized and ready for Kajabi.

On the technical side, I set up her modules, automations, offers, and email settings so the platform supported her workflow instead of fighting against it.

Viktoria now has a fully redesigned Kajabi website that feels aligned, professional, and ready to scale. Her content is organized, the experience for her visitors is seamless, and her brand finally shows up the way she envisioned. The platform is easier for her to manage, making future growth — courses, funnels, and new offers — far more straightforward.
