BiteBolt is a modern food ordering app designed to simplify how users discover, order, and track meals. Operating in a highly competitive space, the app needed an intuitive experience that aligns with evolving user expectations in convenience, speed, and reliability.

BiteBolt had a functional app but faced user friction in key areas, leading to low conversions and high drop offs.

As the Lead UI/UX Designer, I owned the end to end product revamp. From redesigning critical screens (onboarding, home, product detail, cart) to introducing new flows (order tracking, feedback, and cancellation), my focus was on driving usability, retention, and conversion.
