Heetch, a French VTC app and Uber's spirited challenger, needed a way to stand out in a competitive market. Their goal? To position themselves as the most friendly and affordable platform. To help convey this message, I crafted a vibrant set of illustrations for their communication channels, including emails, in-app validation screens, and the website.

The illustrations are designed to be approachable and inclusive, featuring rounded shapes, bright colors, and diverse characters that reflect Heetch's commitment to accessibility and representation—like individuals of varying skin tones and people with disabilities. Each illustration also includes a fun, magical twist, adding a touch of whimsy to enhance user delight and strengthen the brand's unique personality.
